| 项目内容 Project Content | 项目概况 1.项目名称：塘桥街道2024年“精品**”建设专项包（峨山路、大O环线项目） 2.项目概况：本项目为塘桥街道2024年精品**专项包（峨山路、大O环线项目），包括：峨山路提升改造工程、大O环线改造工程等2个子项内容。选址于**区塘桥街道，峨山路提升改造工程位于峨山路（浦东南路-杨高南路），长度约 1500 米；大O环线改造工程长度约4620米，分别位于张家浜南侧沿线（浦明路-杨高南路），长度约2320 米；杨高南路西侧沿线（张家浜-龙阳路），长度约2300米。 主要建设内容: （一）峨山路提升改造工程：长度约1500米,主要实施沿线人行通道、公共空间、沿街店招店牌、小区出入口门头和围墙界面的提升改造。 （二）大O环线改造工程：长度约4620米，主要沿张家浜南侧、杨高南路西侧设置导视标牌，综合实施步道、围墙、城市家具改造以及道路灯光亮化等。 工程总投资为2531.27万元，其中工程费2155.37万元，工程建设其他费255.36万元，预备费120.54 万元。本次服务主要是对塘桥街道2024年“精品**”建设专项包（峨山路、大O环线项目）提供工程监理服务，监理服务范围：对工程质量、进度、投资、安全、文明施工等方面的监理。 | |||
